This policy explains what personal information I collect when you visit my website, sign up for something free, buy a program, or work with me, and what I do with it. It is written plainly on purpose.

It covers my online business: cathymevik.com, the Clarity Kit, my newsletter, my courses and community on Kajabi, live calls on Zoom, and applications booked through Calendly. It does not cover in-person workshops or the sale of my paintings.

I am the data controller. That means I decide what is collected and why, and I am the person you contact about any of it.

What I collect, and why

When you sign up for something free

If you request the Clarity Kit or join my newsletter, I collect your name and email address, and the date you signed up.

I use it to send you the thing you asked for, and then to send you my newsletter and emails about my programs. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing me.

When you apply for the mentorship

The application runs on Calendly. I collect your name, email address, and your answers about how long you have been painting, where you feel stuck, how ready you are to commit, and whether the investment works for you.

I use this to decide whether the program is right for you and to prepare for our call.
