We do not receive or store full card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe.

▪️Email updates and newsletters if you join our list. Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
▪️Analytics and performance to understand site use and improve content. Legal basis: consent for non-essential cookies.
▪️Advertising and retargeting on platforms like Facebook if you consent to marketing cookies. Legal basis: consent.
▪️Legal compliance such as tax and accounting. Legal basis: legal obligation.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep data only as long as needed.
▪️Customer records and invoices: up to 5–10 years as required by tax and accounting laws.
▪️Email list data: until you unsubscribe or your address bounces.
▪️Applications and surveys: up to 24 months unless we need it longer for legitimate interests.
▪️Analytics data: according to the retention settings in our analytics tools, typically 14–26 months.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Some providers are outside the EEA, for example in the United States. When we transfer data, we use safeguards allowed by the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional security measures offered by our processors.

Our site may link to other websites and platforms like YouTube and Instagram. Their privacy practices apply on their sites. Please read their policies.

If we make changes, we will update the date at the top. Significant changes may also be shown on our site.
